We are looking for a customer service representative. This is a temporary, part-time position extending from May through August. Hours are flexible between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Duties

  • • Greet customers upon their arrival
  • • Answer phones within 1-2 rings
  • • Set up claims with 3rd party adminstrators
  • • Type up work orders
  • • Handle scheduling and logistics
  • • Run credit card payments
  • • Run reports and ensure data is accurate
  • • Learn our auto glass software (edirect)
  • • Other office duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • • Is fluent in English, bilingual a plus
  • • Has more than basic computer skills
  • • Can type 45 wpm minimum with high accuracy
  • • Outgoing personality
  • • Professional on the phones
  • • Quick problem solving skills
  • • Catches on quickly in a fast paced environment
  • • Self-starter who doesn’t need a lot of supervision
  • • A multi tasker
